Happy Blog-o-Versary to me! Let's Celebrate!

I was going to write about breastfeeding. Or, more to the point, about the challenges of breastfeeding multiples. Then I got a glance of the calendar and what do you know...

Okay. Technically it is not my blog-o-versary.
Not today at least.
Tomorrow...that is another story.

Tomorrow marks two years, and 257 posts, since I first stumbled onto the blogosphere and into this amazing community.

You were there with me through the early darkest days of grief.

You have stood with me through our failed first months of TTC, and the devastating news of my infertility.

You cheered me on through my first (failed) cycle of IVF, and first round of bedrest for OHSS.

You encouraged me to try again, and we did, achieving success with our second round.

You kept me company through 27 long weeks of pregnancy bedrest, and prayed constantly for the safe arrival of my twins.

You have been amazing, and all the while, you've helped me to keep alive the memory of the little girl who made this place possible - my sweet Peyton.

So, as a thank you, I am going to go a little out of the norm for me.

Next week we will celebrate!

ALL NEXT WEEK I will be hosting give aways!

It's my way to say thank you for all the reading, and commenting, and support, and... let's face it... give aways are fun!

So be sure to stop by each day to check out what I have to offer, to enter the drawings, and to congratulate the winners.

See you there!

  1. I haven't seen that picture of Peyton before. I love seeing new pictures of her.

Happy blog-o-versary. I don't know what I would do without the blogging world.

  2. Wow..thanks to blogger I am just now reading your post. Congrats on the Blog-o-versary! Though I hadn't found you until after Peyton had passed and just started the beginning of your journey with IVF. So since then you have taught me to not give up and that hope is the only thing we can cling to but that in the end, its worth it.

You have had many ups and downs but I am grateful that women like you share their story and give me a sense of normalcy. You gave that to me early on in my grief. You were my second official blog buddy, someone I could relate to. Thank you. I am forever grateful for coming to "know" you.

  3. Congrats on your blog-o-versary. I wish we met under different circumstances. Thanks for sharing the photo of beautiful Peyton and her memories. Thank you for allowing me to share your journeys, happiness and pain. You are often able to put into words the raw emotions and feelings the rest of us have, but can't describe.
