The Results Are In...

Two sacs.
Two yolks.
Two beautiful heartbeats!

I don't know that I have ever been happier at the sight of something in my entire life.

Grow Snowflakes! Grow!

We go back next Friday for another ultrasound, and then my doc says I will be transferred to an OB.

    I keep checking back to see how the ultrasound went. I am so so happy for you! What wonderful news! A heartbeat it such a good sign. Congratulations! I heard that nausea with twins is awful, I hope that it's manageable for you. :)

    I knew it Kristin, in fact I was just checking on you over at the other place to see if you had your results from the ultrasound. Praying, praying, praying your little beans grow and thrive and that you remain healthy throughout your pregnancy. Hoping for a boy and a girl for you, thinking it would be the perfect ending for your IVF journey. So happy for you hunny.     I am so happy for you. Nothing and nobody would or could ever replace Peyton or the vacancy left in your life by her absence, but surely having her little brother(s)/sister(s) here would ease some of the ache. I am praying for a healthy and easy pregnancy for you. I'm a twin mama myself and it certainly is a special blessing. You deserve this happiness.

    Wonderful news! I've been thinking about you and the babies and Peyton. I have a written prayer list I keep on my desk. When I read your pregnancy post I added you guys on as Peyton's babies. The next day when looking at the list I realized that I had written Peyton's name instead of your name but decided not to change it. I kind of like the sound of Peyton's babies. Congrats!

    I am so happy for you. I can tell you that though I have lost 3 children... my Duo are not "replacements". I try and honor my lost children's memories by doing right by the wonderful Duo I am totally blessed by God to be raising.

    I left town Friday after reading your earlier post and was anxious for an update once I got home and had internet access. So happy to hear that you got earlier-than-expected confirmation of TWO strong little heartbeats!!     Those of us that have followed your blog know only a fraction of your pain and grief for Peyton and infertility. I guess we all have our own journeys too so can relate in some way.

    I have been away from blogging again for a while but first thing I did was come see yours tonight and I cried when I saw those beautiful pregnancy tests. Congratulations on your 2 beating hearts!! I am so excited for you. I knew this day would come for you and I will continue to keep ALL of you in my prayers. I am beyond ecstatic to get on here and see those BFPs and read this post. I'm sure not near as ecstatic as you are though. Congratulations again! If I was there, I'd hug you right now.
