My little snowflakes...

are in!

Now, we rest, and we wait.

Due to a very tipped uterus, and an apparently "twisted cervix" (I have never heard of such a thing) the catheterization process was a little more uncomfortable than we anticipated (thank goodness for that half a valium they had me take before hand) but the transfer itself went smooth, smooth, smooth.

Thank you again for all your prayers, well wishes, and positive vibes through the ups and downs of these last few days.

  4. I have a tilted uterus too (and apparently a cervix with gatekeepers from hell) and I was freaking out at my last transfer because the RE seemed like she was struggling to get them right where she wanted. Ended well, and I pray the same for you!!! I had you on my heart very heavily today!!! Praying that these next two weeks FLY BY and end with a couple of wonderful pink lines!!! xoxo

And, is it just me, or don't you think they should be like "Oh you have a twisted cervix, lets un-twist it, and yeah, we can get some support for your tilted uterus"

Yeah... People aren't built like machines... :-(

    Anyway... good luck!!

  14. isnt it funny all the things that can "be weird" with our anatomy? I almost have two uterus' (its so severely bicornuate that the drs think at one point .. if my development had kept progressing (while in the womb) that I would have ended up with two .... which is why I lost my first (placental failure and IUGR) and almost lost Alyson....
    I too have a twisted cervix ..

just think, you conceived Peyton ... you WILL conceive again .. and Im praying that this is your time .. your moment to shine with that "mommy glow" ... and when you do get a BFP, Ill be praying that your rainbow baby make it safely into your home :)

keep positive thoughts. It WILL happen .
